RETIREMENT HOUSING TEAM LEADER
2 years` experience working in Retirement*Sheltered Housing Experience of working with older people
Technical Competencies Understanding of client group and their needs.
Computer literate.
Good written and verbal skills.
Ability to prioritise and make good and timely decisions.

Commitment to the principles of Equal Opportunities.
Willingness to take part in a 24-hr on-call rota responding to out-of-hours emergencies as required, anywhere in the borough
